It’s been a cool and wet start to spring so far, but that hasn’t slowed construction of the new St. Paul’s Hospital. In fact, activity has been ramping up with concrete being poured for Level 3 this month and structural steel being erected in the parkade. By the end of the year, the hospital should be up to floor seven!
